Privacy and accessibility were our key design focus for this development. We implemented cutting edge features to maximise light, comfort and best use of space.

Our approach to a total of 12 units, distributed over 4 storeys, was driven by the orientation of the lot. With our next priority being privacy, we developed different solutions using screens and louvers to provide superior comfort, within a light internal environment, while maintaining a desirable level of privacy.
