MEMORIAL
The success of this challenging development rests on a design strategy that creates a sense of space throughout all four storeys.The 18 units are organised into an L-Shaped building in a contemporary style, with an even distribution of space. Facing Memorial Avenue on the Eastern side and Newman St on the Northern side, the building offers a strategically placed common area on the roof top, which offers great views as a backdrop to stylishly recreational living.
NUWARRA
Our Nuwarra Road Building design responds effectively to its urban context, providing expansive views of the main avenue. At a total of 10 units, this design establishes a dialogue between its neighbouring elements while making a striking and modern impression. This project demonstrates an exquisite response to the complex geometry of the site, while allowing for superior spatial quality in each of the apartments. Each of the wide balconies face the lush avenue, creating an expansive sense of space and tranquillity.
MERRYLANDS 1
Merrylands Road is a striking and functional design that blends with its surroundings while maintaining a unique posture.This design offers a total of 18 units with 243 sqm of retail space. Its versatility caters for both privacy and light on a highly populated road filled with commercial properties. With expansive open views from wide balconies on each floor, the design dialogues with neighbouring buildings to create a balanced and attractive streetscape through the use of original modern elements.
PENRITH CHILDCARE
The Penrith Childcare is a place of wonder. Through the use of geometrical forms and ludic shapes that reinforce cognitive development, this recreational building fosters growth, play and exercise in a safe and inspiring environment. Accommodating a total of 30 kids under 5 years of age, this Childcare provides 3 main indoor play areas. Responding perfectly to the residential scale of the neighbourhood, the design weaves it’s priority attributes together seamlessly to create a childcare that is focused on child development as much as it is on exterior aesthetics.
BOWENFELS CHILDCARE
The Bowenfels design is centred around the lush environment of the site. We created an adventurous spatial solution that maximises all the benefits provided by the beautiful nature. This project was developed with the understanding that the environment is considered the “Third Teacher”. Our goal was to create unrestricted exploration for the kids, keeping in line with the program’s needs. Inviting the wonders of the outdoors within the walls of this development drove our use of primary shapes and platonic forms. Every part of the building offers opportunities for imagination and education.The Bowenfels site possesses a big extension of lush which was a great opportunity for us to explore different spatial solutions that responds to the program needs without any restrictions understanding that the environment is considered the “Third Teacher”.
MERRYLANDS 2
With a total of 10 units and 84 sqm of retail space, this design incorporates modern style with exciting urban recreational activities. The wide balconies and open views set this deign apart. The common areas provide roof top leisure, with classy landscaping, barbeque areas and a green wall to add a splash of freshness within the urban context. The design maximizes the intersectional position with floor to ceiling windows, creating urban living with impact.The Building comprises a total of 10 units and 84 sqm of retail. The main emphasis in the design was to responds to the intersection condition of the site.
GARNER
Privacy and accessibility were our key design focus for this development. We implemented cutting edge features to maximise light, comfort and best use of space. Our approach to a total of 12 units, distributed over 4 storeys, was driven by the orientation of the lot. With our next priority being privacy, we developed different solutions using screens and louvers to provide superior comfort, within a light internal environment, while maintaining a desirable level of privacy.The proposal consist a total of 12 units distributed in 4 storeys.
AUSTRAL
Austral is a socially self-reliant 'village' of dwellings and shared open spaces with landscaped areas and building forms that respond to a 'future context'. This responsive solution features setbacks and heights that vary in order to create a dynamic Residential centre. Why is a “village” character important? Early urban developments in fringe, semi-rural locations must be socially self-reliant. Self-reliance demands that common areas provide opportunities for recreation as well as encouraging social interaction between residents.
BLENHEIM
This stunning and spacious family home offers bright and airy living in an idyllic setting. We decided to showcase quality finishes, an open floor plan, high ceilings and a grand open riser staircase for maximum impact. The expansive, open-plan living and dining spaces create a breathtaking contemporary space, nestled in beautiful Evergreen Park land. It incorporates unique features such as an upstairs kitchenette, which opens to a sitting room, and with bi-fold doors that open out to a private, undercover entertaining area below.
